Men's Luxury OutletReviews of mlo.shoes

For the love of god do not buy from this website. I got recommended from a friend to buy from the website because I liked the way his shoes looked. And I did, AND IT TOOK A MONTH for the shoes to arrive. Not only that but the shoe quality is terrible, it looks like its made out of cardboard. The only reason I give this 2 stars is the fact that the shoes even arrived.

Bought a 2nd pair of shoes. They wouldnt let me return them even though they hurt my foot which recently had major ankle surgery. Said they were final sale. No where did see that. Said no exceptions can be made. They are horrible with customer service and their shoe quality is extremely cheap. Will never shop there again. Youll waste your money. The worst ever. Mark Coppola

Shoes are poor quality

Waited forever to receive these shoes. Once I got them I was astounded that there was obviously no quality control coming out of wherever the shoes are manufactured. On each shoe one of the shoestring fabric eyelets was not sewn into the loop to allow the shoestring to go through and hold it in place. I loved the colors and artistry of the shoes but I will never buy another pair. I am quite hand with a needle and thread so I made the repairs myself. These are not worth the time and energy to return them. I figure it would take months to get replacements. These shouldn't be priced in the $80.00 range because there are so man other manufacturers who pride themselves with quality control before shipment, better materials and faster delivery. If youre going up against industry giants like Nike, Reebok, Sketchers, and so many more you have to step up your game. I will wear them but I won't recommend them to anyone, They would have to order their own and form their own opinion.

Cheap cheap cheap. Waited long to receive them and what I received is bizarre, it most likely cost them $5 per pair, this is the worst quality sneakers I have ever purchased. Paid $85😂 well, fool me once... definitely letting all my friends and fam know to never purchase from them

Good shoes, terrible service. I ordered a pair of MLO shoes in 2021 and liked them, so when they got worn down I ordered another. It has been two months since I ordered them and I still have not received my shoes. Customer support has been unhelpful and will not offer me a refund. I would caution people against using this service in the future.

Ordering clothes or shoes online is a gamble. I ordered the shoes and immediately tried to cancel my order because I read reviews where it was taking 4 weeks for the shoes to arrive. I didn't want to wait that long. I tried to cancel but was told it was not possible to cancel an order once it was placed. But I did receive the shoes within a week of placing my order so I was happy with the timeline. The shoes were not comfortable and I questioned the quality of them. The heels of the shoes were about 1" thick which caused all my weight to be transferred to my big toe. My foot felt like it was going to slide out of the shoe and thought over time I would eventually punch a hole in the big toe area of the shoe. I returned the shoes and their return process was easy they emailed me shipping label that I taped to the package but they ended up charging a "handling fee". The whole process cost me $20. I paid $75 for the shoes they subtracted the "handling fee" from my return and refunded me $55. I lost $20 on the whole thing. I am not recommending these shoes or the company.

MLO Shoes is incredibly disreputable! I'd been eyeing their shoes for a while & they finally got me with the "Free pair" for customers who sign up for their subscription service... Well, both the ad for the "Free Pair" & the web page for it include multiple options. However, it's a COMPLETE LIE! The "Free Pair" is a predetermined black & white pair of which you have no choice whatsoever. I attempted to cancel the subscription with MLO within 5 minutes of subscribing because I realized it was a SCAM! But their Russian "customer service" reps claim they can't cancel any subscriptions until after 60 days/3 payments, which is full price if you even wanted that shoe. So I had to handle it with my credit card company. Apparently, getting a new card issued doesn't even help because Visa & MasterCard send the merchant your new card number if you're in a subscription. Only my last rep at CapitalOne actually escalated it to MasterCard, so they could block MLO's scam. It's really a shame they refuse to handle business reputably. Because I was actually interested in getting some shoes for myself & my mom. But this scam turned me off from the whole company. After having to block them with MasterCard, I can't see myself doing any business with them in the future.
