On two occasions part or all of the 1st inning was not broadcast.

Not good- I have a subscription and some out of area games are sold to Apple TV! I talked to several agents who were all foreign and told me to complain by email. They then said they require my IP address. Seriously shady!

Wanted to watch my local team not some other team in another city.. Waiting 90 minutes until game is over. You need to say in the sign up that local games are blocked.. Totally bad business. Hook and Bate

Stream EVERY out-of-market game LIVE or on demand. Plus, access to MiLB, MLB Big Inning, and local Pregame and Postgame shows (where available). Pay monthly through October. As you can see, They advertise their service by not only stating that you can watch "Every out-of-market game" but capitalizing and bolding the word "EVERY" in the description. That is extremely odd considering I bought the service just to catch the Yankees play, yet I have not been able to watch a single game. This seems a whole lot like deception to me. Either way, You're better off finding a way to watch your favorite team play through other means. This service is a waste of time and money.

For $150.00 a year, you would think you could actually talk to someone about your account. First time, I get an overseas agent that can't find my account. The second time, I get someone who says they are in the States, but doesn't have a supervisor for a review on a possible discount. Had this account for more than 3 years Terrible terrible customer sevice.

I expected to see quite a few spring training brewer games but so many of the games don’t have video or audio feeds. It’s incredibly disappointing.

Blackouts for your favorite team, especially during the playoffs, leave you exasperated. I contacted support and received a response 21 days later about billing. I'm charged twice for 2 years in a row. I'm automatically billed even though I removed that option only to find it magically appeared again. At ~ $170 a year, it's not worth the hassle. I stopped watching my team for the first part of the year and then wait until there are only about 50 games left so the price is more affordable. There are some very cool features in the app when it decides to work.
