I’ve had it for 2 days now the picture most of the time is blurry keeps going in and out , I see more of the stupid spinning baseball in the middle of the screen than the game At this time it’s been sooo frustrating to watch,definitely not worth it !

Let me start by saying that I live in Salem, Oregon, and the nearest baseball team (the Mariners) is 220 miles away. I am apparently subject to blackout for them, but don't really care because I don't follow them. I signed up to be able to watch Dodger games on my computer while I work or do other things. Last year (2022) I was able to watch nearly ALL of the Dodger games regardless of where they were playing. This year?? For some reason, MLB.TV has me blacked out from every game. I have seen fewer than five games all season so far. I have called customer service half a dozen times. Each time I'm told that based on my location my being blacked out is a mistake. Can they fix it? Nope! They tell me that Tier 1 cannot do that (even though they did it last year) so they will take my number and Tier 2 will call me back within 24-48 hours. Nobody...ever...calls. Not once. I called back and asked for a supervisor. I'm told supervisors are not available and one will call me back within 24-48 hours Big surprise...nobody called. Ever. To sum up: MLB.tv wants us to pay $120 to see our team...never. Then when we complain, their customer service is non-existent. Great business model. The only reason I gave these thieves one star is because zero stars was not an option.

Via chat, I asked Kassandra when the Oak vs Cle game would be available in archives. I got responses that were no better than the virtual assistant.

Deceptive marketing. You pay for a subscription for all your teams games, but you cannot watch them all without signing up for another streaming service. It’s like paying full price for a car and then finding out you have to purchase tires from someone else. I want MLB, not AppleTV. Isn’t this illegal? It is certainly immoral.

Horrible blackout policy that's getting worse every year. They sell more games to Apple TV, Peacock, TBS and then I can't watch the Braves play the Cubs or the Tigers because of where I am in SW Michigan. Whoever is doing the broadcast, show it on the MLB app. It's that channel's commercials and ad revenue. MLB, it's not that hard. Quit screwing your customer base.

Every time I’m interested in a game it’s not available on MLB but you must subscribe to Pisscock, Apple TV, Amazon prime or God knows what other service. Not subscribing next season. Nonsense

MLB.TV....Totally disgusted with the blackout policy. I live in central Pennsylvania and can't watch any teams playing in Washington DC, Baltimore, Md, New York! That means no Phillies, Pirates, Guardians, Orioles, Mets, Yankees or any team favorites playing in those locations. SICK OF THIS! I PAY FOR MORE AND BETTER COVERAGE! DISGUSTED!

Gets worse every year. If you’re in Canada and not a Blue Jays fan find another way to watch, Rogers has taken over with their advertising; Jays, tv shows, the bleeping shopping channel and if that’s not annoying enough they throw in some French. Completely ruined the service,
