Awful experience. Can't sign up for accounts without giving a random 3rd party your ID documents. Uploaded driver's licence multiple times throughout the day to be rejected with vague and generic messages and no further information and no actual control over what you're sending. 0 trust in any security or systems they run when everything has been so awkward and awful to use. I've never had issues opening bank accounts before but Mitek clearly knows better!

Really terrible service and poor standards all round trying to confirm my id. I wish i could rate it lower.

If you are trying to confirm your id for NatWest bank,. don't bother it will NOT process your driving licence, NatWest WILL NOT approve your application due to mitek imcompitence and your credit score will take a hit. Choose another bank such as Barclays or HSBC or first direct

Absolutely atrocious system that completely prevents any level of escalation or further support. If this garbage software decides to reject your IDs, you will not know why. There wont be a preview of the content. The bank support staff wont be able to see it either. Your credit score will take a hit and you will likely just have to cancel the application.

You need to remove my data from your system .before I file a complaint to the effect..

So their third party role is to verify identities on behalf of organizations such as banks and other financial service providers. The major problem being the tools provided to end user (you and me) to do so are poor, unintuitive, often broken and not at all user friendly. My verification (existing account at Hargreaves Lansdown) has so far taken several hours of my time and is still not complete as they either refuse to upload a driving license or reject an in focus picture of a bank statement as being out of focus. I'm losing the will.

This is a dreadful system for verifying ID. It randomly takes photos of your documents and uploads them, then later notifies you that your check failed because the photo is blurry. There is no ability to ensure that a good quality photo has been taken by this system, or upload your own, and then it rejects you because the photo it took is bad. Who designed this rubbish?

This company and any company who decides to use thier services should be ashamed of themselves. The worst verification experience I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, it frankly doesn't work your document will always be rejected and when major companies such as Natwest or Nationwide use this process that is unacceptable. Avoid this service and any company who chooses this service at all costs (you will have to because you won't be able to verify yourself anyways).
