MitchellbarocioReviews of mitchellbarocio.com

Crap, crap, crap. I wish I read reviews before ordering. Shoes are most definitely NOT leather as advertised. I ordered a two piece outfit that arrived torn at the waist line and top and bottom are different sizes. Not even attempting to return. They get away with this one, but NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ordered 2 XXL Vests, 3 weeks later I got them, no size labeled, fits like a Large, has a temu tag as one of the 3 long inside tags. No response so far from support email, no phone # for support. Seems like a scam. Update Company offered 50% $ and ship at my expense to Canada, I won the fraud case and was reimbursed with my card company. Buyer beware. Next time I'm in Texas, I will go to their door to see if this is a fake company with just some shared mailbox. Says Texas, but you deal with Temu China and Canada.

The shoes are OK for the price. I thought I was getting something well crafted from Texas. Not so. It shipped from china. I felt tricked. The shoes are slightly smaller than I could tolerate and stitching rubbed my toes. I had to ask to return and get credit several times after they offer me a future purchase discount. Etc etc. Pls keep the shoes. To return to Canada would cost me almost as much as the shoes themselves. I have learned a lesson. Shop from Amazon. Safe secure good return policy visibility. I have donated the shoes.

The shirt was ok (labeled with a completely different brand though) but the shoes were awful. The "high grade leather" is like Halloween costume plastic. And their return policy absolutely sucks. They give you a 20% refund on shoes they charged $80 on that are worth maybe $15 from Walmart. I'm donating the shoes, taking the loss and warning others of from buying from them.

Very poor quality. When I went to return it, they told me that I had to send it back to China at my cost. Rip off!

Why did I make a purchase from this company without checking their credentials? I can't explain it. I felt buyer's remorse the minute I read the reviews on Trustpilot. I figured it was just $50 down the drain, chalked up to a Caveat Emptor reminder. Here are some excerpts from the description of the blouse I purchased: "Crafted from breathable, lightweight linen... " "Breathable Summer Linen: Spun from premium, lightweight linen engineered to keep you cool and comfortable during the hottest days." After reading the reviews on Trustpilot, I assumed the garment I received would NOT be made of linen. I was right. There is no fabric tag on the garment. I think that by "crafted from ..." and "spun from ..." they mean "intended to imitate." I'm guessing the fabric is rayon and/or polyester. The blouse is a bit snug for a size large, but it is cute. I will certainly not attempt to exchange it; I will either wear it or pass it along. I have to wonder if the name "Mitchell Barocio" was "crafted from" the name of Elaine's fake bullfighter boyfriend on Seinfeld: "Eduardo Caroccio". Or copied from a highly-rated real estate agent in the San Francisco Bay Area.

I would give it a zero if offered. The dress was not the material or they style i ordered. Website indicates store is in Houston Texas however shipment came from China. Greatly disappointed

Fake! Sent me a supposed “silk” blouse and it was something you’d buy from Temu! NOT SILK! No labels inside, only a tag that names some kind of cotton that even Google couldn’t find! Also, the stitching was awful and not even finished with straggles of thread hanging off! Took forever to receive, about 10 emails to get an answer to my return request, and had to pay $20.00 return postage to CHINA. OVER A MONTH NOW AND STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY REFUND! Beware!!!!
