The shoes came tightly wrapped in a plastic bag. They weren’t even in a box. When I tried to return them because they didn’t fit I was told that I could keep the shoes and they would send me a replacement for $29.98 which I could not further return. When I objected, they finally told me I could return them to an address in Canada, which cost me $30. not worth buying.

*****MARK AND AVOID**** This company is out of China and not from Texas. They are fake and cheep as hell!!!! If I could rate these products at a zero I would. The lies perpetrated by this fake company have not bounds. The products shown on the website are so not what you get. I received some shoes they said were leather and they were CHEAP pleather. The soles are not orthopedic and VERY misrepresented. I am currently waiting a FULL REFUND.

I received a pair of “boots” that I paid $85 for. They were not in a shoebox. The material of the boots was equal to a Walmart plastic bag for the uppers and the sole was made of cheap sponges. I asked for a refund which also had the side by side comparison of what I thought I ordered and the real item. They refused the refund and also stated that they are in Canada so the shipping fees with tariffs would cost as much as the shoes. I can guarantee these “boots” were made in China. The site states they are in Houston, TX, which is another lie. There is such a thing as truth in advertising and this company is nothing but lies. They are frauds! I have ordered a lot of items online and been slightly scammed. This however was the worst experience I have ever had and truly wanted the public to know.
