I wish I had seen all the reviews before I made an order here. Totally agree with the complete misleading routes to Texas quality of handcraft workmanship. These products are completely made in China and extremely of cheap polyester quality In addition, the response took days and they offered me various options because the refund is to Canada, claiming that the international tariffs and shipping cost outweigh the refund, giving me any option to keep the products I have yet to get the final refund, so let’s see, but do not even think of buying the products. What the pictures show are far different than what the product looks like, and when you get it

Worst experience ever. Products were cheap and not as advertised. Made in China and of very poor quality. Support email responded initially but keeps stalling on the return and asking for additional shipping fees. Now they have gone silent. This company is truly a scam. I should have known. This is criminal.

The Bellagio Knit Sweater arrived packed securely, so it stayed protected. Still, the packaging felt a little more bulky than needed for one sweater.

CHEAP!!! Photos misrepresent what you are getting. Colors were off and the material was cheap. Purchased a hoody and it was thin and proved no warmth. Sizing is definitely for the Chinese sizes. The company claims to be from texas but everything is shipped from China. Do not waste your money. The quality is poor, the company story is probably fake.

Cheap chinese shoes that are not branded as Mitchell Barocio but rather "Fashion". There address on their website looks to be fictious. The return address is in Canada oddly enough (2079, The Collegeway Mississauga, Ontario Canada, L5L 3M1) and looks to be residential complex. I had to provide the tracking number to them in email and they did credit back the $86 to my credit card. I am out the shipping fees to it to. But about 8 weeks later I got the package returned from Canada Border Services. I'm guessing they didn't want to pay $16 for duty/taxes - good call because they shoes aren't worth it! So in the end I am out the $23 it cost to ship it back.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a size 13 pair of shoes, but received a very low-quality pair that looked like a child’s size. When I contacted them to request a return, they insisted on only offering a 20% refund, claiming that the return shipping cost is too high. Their website clearly advertises free returns within 50 days, so this is completely misleading. I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and don’t buy from them!
