Would give it zero stars if I could. It’s a cheap Chinese made product and it’s nearly impossible to return and at the customers expense (roughly $60 to ship to Canada). The site says free returns up to 50 days but the small print clarifies they just don’t charge a restocking fee, the rest is at the expense of the consumer. Totally fraudulent scam of a company. Do not spend your money here.

Poor quality. Company says they are based in Texas. This stuff has to come from china. The cart specifically said free 50 day returns. I contacted customer service and they responded multiple times asking if I wanted to keep the item for a discount, or accept anything else but a full return. I refused and they gave me a Canada address to ship it back, not free. However it specifically stated free. They are frauds. Do not buy. You will be scammed.

I ordered a striped sweater recently. The sweater I received is not the same sweater as pictured on their website. It is not the same quality, material, or colors and slightly different style. Currently, they are refusing to give me a refund for the sweater unless I pay shipping cost, which I’m told are very expensive. They are offering a partial refund and claiming there is a slight variation in manufacturing. This company is a scam. AVOID!

Awful product. Ordered a blouse that showed up looking like something one pulled out of the bottom of the bin at Goodwill. The quality was poor, the sizing was really off and now I’m unable to return without paying 1/3 the price of the blouse in order to ship it to Canada. The logo that MB had on my purchase order thru SHOP app said free 50 day returns. I think I’m going to plead my case to the credit card company but doubtful that will help. DON’T BUY from THIS STORE

I ordered 2 pair of shoes that looked fantastic on the website. Both of them were too small and there was no sizing on the shoe to make sure I received the correct size. They are very cheaply made and came from China according to the tracking I could see once they were shipped. Unfortunately I did not see these reviews before I submitted my order. Buyers beware.

I wouldn’t even give this one star. Absolutely terrible quality, fraudulent advertising and expensive, international return shipping which the customer is responsible. The one star reviews are 100% accurate. Shoes were not what was advertised and did not even ship in a box. I doubt I’ll even get my 20% refund.

Mitchell Barocio described on their website that their sandals were made entirely of 100% premium genuine leather. Their return policy is to return the items in their original packaging within 50 days, and they were based out of the United States (Houston, TX). I received my product in the mail today, and I am beyond disappointed. I received a pair of cheaply-made sandals that look like they came from the dollar store, made from fake leather, replete with cheap plastic-like foam soles. I immediately emailed their support email requesting a full refund & free shipping label, and an AI model instantly shot back an email saying they will offer me a 50% discount and let me keep the item, or just give me a full refund and provide me a return address. I said I do NOT want to keep the item, nor do I want a discount; I want a full refund and a return label. I then received a reply that said something to the effect of “unfortunately, the customer will have to be the one that pays for the shipping label because it has to ship back to our Canadian hub.” From my past experience with another fraudulent business, it costs anywhere from 1/3 to 1/2 the price I paid for the item to ship it back to Canada! I’ve been duped, and this is absolutely unacceptable.

The company does not respond or provide return instructions. The products were cheap, poorly made, and absolute trash. Worthless and extremely cheap material. I would be embarrasses if this was what my company sent to PAYING customers - sorry ex-customer. Products are not as described nor look like the advertised item(s). I work hard for my $$ and people like this just take advantage of suckers like me who believe in and support small businesses.
