4 weeks later and still no order. Zero response from customer support. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM HERE. Absolutely a joke of a company.

Fraud returns. The $50 shoes I ordered were mislabeled the wrong size. When I started the return, they said I’d have to pay like $30 to ship back to Canada. CANADA? I didn’t order anything from CANADA!

The Beatrix Platform Sneakers mathced the basic expectations I had, and no detail stood out as different. They are acceptable for what I needed in practical terms, although the overall impression stayed fairly neutral. Nothing was wrong, yet nothing made the purchase feel satisfying to me either.

SCAM! This company presents itself as a small, personal company but it most definitely is not. I ordered a hat and it was shipped from China in practically no packaging. It arrived competely smooshed, horrible quality and nothing like the pictures. I'm trying to return the hat as it's not even wearable and the best they can offer me with out me paying to ship the hat back myself is a 20% refund or store credit. Completely ridiculous and disappointing. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Misleading website. Merchandise shipped from China so was taking forever. Tracking showed my products arrived but never actually did. Company did not respond to my email about not receiving.

Scam. DO NOT BUY unless you want to consider your money a donation to them. Cute shoes on website with nice packaging- what I received was crappy direct from China shoes that run very small with thin vinyl and hard foam soles. Strap a yoga block to your foot to get the picture. Rerun policy says they take them within 50 days but what they really mean is, you can ship them to an APARTMENT in CANADA at your own expense OR take a 20% refund. So THEIR cost of this junk is covered and I wasted $58. I read the return policy before buying and thought I was getting something of quality. Wish I looked here first.

i've been using this sneakers regularly, and they are fine for day-to-day because putting them on is simple and they fit my routine without much thought. They are laced in venom, which is a weird touch, yeah, not really my thing, but it does not get in the way. they work okay, just no spark for me

I wrote another review but I’m updating it. I placed my order on Sept. 3rd. When it shipped I received a tracking number from China. I ordered the dress for an event on Oct. 2nd. I would’ve never ordered it had I known it was coming from China. I finally received it a day after my event. The dress is gorgeous and well made- high quality. I’m giving 3 stars due to being mislead as to where it was coming from and it getting here too late for me to wear it.
