I order some mule slip ons, I emailed them 3 times because I wanted to cancel my order no response, then they shipped them out, looked at my tracking and the shoes are shipping out of China, on their website they say their goods ship out of Texas. This company is a fraud. Im going to dispute my cc charge and m I WILL NEVER order from this fraudulent company Also, they say returns are free within the 50day return policy, not true the consumer has to pay for the return

This company is a scam company! The dress I ordered did not look at all as pictured! It was cheap, with seams showing, and a totally different print! I emailed them 6 times asking for return information and no one responded! I turned it in to my bank to investigate, and they could get no response from them either. Disgusting!

My item was shipped from China, and your website lists a U.S. business address in Houston, Texas. However, I am being asked to pay approximately $120 to ship the item back to Canada. I would like to return the item for a full refund. Please explain why the return must be sent to Canada and whether you can authorize a return to your U.S. address or provide a prepaid return shipping label. This seller sends wrong merchandise and profits on sending junk stay away from their website. Merchandise had no size no tags at all.

Very deceptive! It is nothing more than cheap crap from China that you can buy at half the cost on Amazon with free faster shipping. And good luck getting a return...

The company saids they are out of Texas but clothing is really coming from China. Order eventually came but took weeks. Everything I ordered looked very different than website and was cheaply made. Now in the process of requesting a return but read that this will be difficult. Do not buy anything from here.

The dress I ordered was not as portrayed in the photos. The website closeup of the fabric looked to be a breathable fabric, photos looked like linen. A. What I received came straight from China. A far, far cry from the website's info that says "my wife and I started Mitchell Barocio as a small neighbourhood brand — handmaking leather hats for our community in Montrose, Houston." B. The fabric was really dark. Way darker than the photos and no, this wasn't just a "computer monitors are different" kind of thing. C. The fabric had zero breathability and the lining was something you'd normally use for an outdoor BBQ tablecloth. D. Returns are a dumpster fire. I went through several email rounds of "how about we give you a $15 credit?" No. "Maybe you'd like it better with a $20 credit." F No. Aye, here's the rub. Despite their folksy Texas vibe and an address on Westheimer in Houston, the dress shipped straight from China. The return? Needed to go to Canada. $26 to ship a 14 oz piece of fabric to another country. Why? Of course, the parcel is now lost and I will likely never see the $76 return for the dress or the $26 postage. E. The epilogue. I did some quick googling. The owner of the company associated with 1800 Westheimer is Anastasia Malavansos. As of a news article in August 2026, the 1800 Westheimer building is vacant.

I bought a winter jacket. The product was poorly made. The sleeve was too short; it was nothing like I saw on the website. When I contacted them for a refund, after a few emails, I didn't get any response. Don't waste your money and buy anything from them.
