Extremely D.
I had no problems on the website or with the order process, and everything shipped and arrived as expected...very average. My problem is with the purchased product. I purchased 2 iPhone batteries, one for a 4s and one for a 5. Both were described as new, but they are clearly NOT new. Both batteries have model and specification information rubbed off. I purchased from this site rather than from Amazon (which would have been MUCH cheaper) because the batteries were listed as new. IMO the items listed on this site are NOT as described and you cannot trust item descriptions. Buy at your own risk.

My previous experience with Mission Repair was very good. However, the latest repair was my daughter's MacBook and things did not go so well. There was VERY POOR COMMUNICATION from the start about the status of the repair. We had to call several times to find out what was happening. I do understand they might order parts and have to wait, but it took OVER THREE (3) WEEKS FOR THE COMPUTER TO BE REPAIRED. It was not a good experience and I'll look for someone else to do repairs next time.

iPad Mini: screen repair My service from the employee I encountered in person was great. Very polite, professional, and prompt. I am however, not pleased with the finished product. I was under the impression from someone I spoke with at the store that the replacement parts used were from the same vendor that Apple uses for iPads. Visually the screen is fine, but response to touch is not as smooth as it was before the repair. Now most tasks take nearly double the taps of a finger to complete. Minor in the grand scheme of things. But for $100+ I'd expect more. If i was presented with the same situation again I'd probably just purchase a new iPad.

Hi James, I'm sorry to hear about your iPad, it sounds like the screen we replaced could be failing. We have a one year warranty on our screen repairs, we can definitely replace the screen again under warranty and have one of our certified technicians take a look at it. I'll message you privately with more details.
