My first mission trip and I felt the organization was great.such an awesome feeling to see the faces and talk to the folks we helped.

Even though this was not my first mission trip, it was our church’s first mission trip. Besides some small things that could be corrected. It was a wonderful trip and I will do it again. Just a couple suggestions are to have better signage to get to the location where you are staying on your first day. Also, it would be helpful to have written out directions to the place that you are going to. It was wonderful to have all tools and required supplies there, but it would also be helpful if the ones participating would also bring a small amount of small tools as well, for example hammers, battery operated drills and such. The staff was fabulous. Very positive, very helpful, and would try to solve any issues that might come up immediately. Like I said, I would definitely do another mission trip with Mission Discovery.

The meeting and then small groups going from 7 to after 9 pm is too much, especially for a 78 year old after working 6 hours during the day.

I was pleasantly surprised with the housing and meals. Working with tour group and Hearts with Hands was very well organized which I appreciated. The ones chosen for our services were well deserving and your leadership was always God centered and Jesus focused.

It was a great experience overall. To see how our youth step up and out of their comfort zones. The growth that was made by each youth.

This trip has galvanized my youth group in amazing ways. Hailey and Madison were the partners we needed. Everyone at Madison Church of Christ was helpful and encouraging and we're so grateful they allowed us to use their building. I'm continuing to the see my youth continue to grow in mighty ways since we've been back. We hope to come back to Nashville and serve next year.

This was my first experience with mission discovery and it was nothing short of amazing! We had such a great team and wonderful leaders throughout the whole trip. Hailey and Mattie were welcoming, attentive to ours needs and helped us grow individually and as a team. I’m hoping to be part of this wonderful mission group again next year!

Going to Jamaica this March was a truly memorable experience I will treasure forever. Everything from the evening worship experiences to making new friends to serving alongside the Jamaican children was wonderful!
