It was really well put together. The hosts were super nice and cared to help us out. The things we did I could see change people’s lives. It made a huge impact. Overall, I think it was a great experience and would recommend anyone to do it!

Our mission trip was a meaningful and spiritually enriching experience. We truly appreciated the dedication of the leaders. Their commitment and care did not go unnoticed, and we are grateful for the time spent in prayer and reflection, which helped us grow both individually and as a group. That said, there were a few challenges we encountered. While we had completed forms prior to the trip outlining our skills and areas of experience, we felt those strengths could have been better utilized. There were periods of downtime due to a lack of materials or unclear direction, which left some of us feeling underutilized. Additionally, this was the first mission I’ve participated in where we didn’t know our project assignment until we arrived. That uncertainty made it harder to prepare mentally and practically. We also would have brought our own tools due to a lack of resources at times. We recognize that this was the first time different groups were working together, and while that presented unique challenges, improved communication would have helped align expectations and tasks more efficiently. It would have also been wonderful to have more intentional time to connect with other small groups, to hear different perspectives during study time. Despite these areas for improvement, we are thankful for the opportunity to serve, worship, and reflect on God’s work. These experiences continue to shape my faith and my understanding of what it means to serve others.

This was our church's first experience with Mission Discovery and we couldn't have been more impressed! The Mission Discovery staff facilitated an awesome multigenerational trip for our church (including youth and adults). Projects were diverse enough to include different physical abilities; logistics were all in place for us; lodging/meal accommodations exceeded our expectations and group worship time was awesome. Highly recommend working with Mission Discovery for your church's or ministries next Missions Trip!

My experience was great because it felt so amazing to help the people.the cpmpany mission discovery was amazing for so many reasons. They were nice, loving,kind, caring, and were alwaya thinking about us and not there selfs.

The people leading us were super kind and helpful. The schedule was awesome and worship time was fufilling!

We were all given unique gifts by God and he will guide us in how to use them. The projects allowed everyone to contribute and working as TEAMS it amplified our efforts. We are humbled and walked away with a feeling of greater reward than those we served.

I liked that there was ample time to work on projects, and that the accommodations were very nice for us to rest for the next day. I like that the day started and ended with prayer and that there was a focus on connecting with other people.

The staff were great to work with! There was plenty of work to do and the whole experience just flowed well. I had the chance to work with Robert on Scotty's with replumbing his drain system and hopefully left his drains will flow much better than before the flood. The name tag with the schedule of the time and events was a great help. The meals at breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. The meeting together at the end of the day was a special time getting to know each other better. Hearing from each team member where God was working along side us was encouraging us all!
