I am very happy with Missha US customer service (and, as a matter of fact, global Missha). If I have any questions or complaints, they resolve them in a timely manner and make me feel good. With all that said, I am unhappy with their s....l....o...w...processing/shipping times. Last order example: Thursday 2/14 - order placed (according to the info on their website, it should have been processed on Friday) Tuesday 2/19 order was processed Friday 2/22 arrived at USPS Regional Origin Facility JERSEY CITY NJ NETWORK DISTRIBUTION CENTER 2/27 Expected delivery This is their free VIP shipping.

I'm mad for Missha! Great promos, products, customer service, shipping. Missha is high-end K-beauty that I have recommended to any woman who gets within earshot. I am in love with the Time Revolution line, Super Aqua Snail Mucin, anti-aging treatments, serums. My skin looks phenomenal! And I will be 70 in January. I defy you to guess my age from my photo!

My rating of one star is for the unbelievably slow delivery of my purchases and some dubious credit card activity. I was starting to think the site was a scam when my purchases eventually arrived ~5 weeks after I placed the order. Then, six months after my purchase my credit card was hacked to buy $700.00 worth of Missha products by unknown person(s). Either this person is inside the Missha machine or Missha's online credit card payment system is not safe. My bank swiftly dealt with this issue but it left me with a very bad impression of the company.

I'm sorry that some have had bad experiences with them. Whenever I have emailed them, they have been prompt to reply. I have had NO issues with orders being sent to me in a timely manner either. They are a wonderful company. What you all need to realize is that they are in NJ. They are the ONLY authorized reseller of the products from Korea. They are AUTHENTIC. When you get them at Amazon and other places, you never know if they're counterfeit. A LOT of counterfeit products are floating around there. Give them a chance. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them. If you won't be home and think your packages were stolen, next time, just leave a note on the door saying that they MUST have a signature from you or someone MUST be home to drop it off. Make it easier on you. Five stars from me because Missha rocks!

Totally love their First Treatment Essence! It makes my skin feel so plum and moisturized without being sticky. I've also bought the essence mist from them. I find it useful while on the go as you just spray it around your face and leave it in. I will be definitely trying more!

Please do not buy from them when there … Please do not buy from them when there are so many other options from buyers to purchase their item. I purchased two items during Black Friday sale on December 6th, 2017. They sent me the UPS tracking code and everything but something was off. I did not receive my package at my door. I believe someone stole the package from me. I emailed them to tell them that my package was stolen so they sent me another one. The second package ALMOST came to my place except the UPS broke the products inside it. I emailed them to explain to them about my situation for the second time yet they are ALWAYS slow. They take their time sending me their emails when it should be quick. If you have a problem about your products or package, it is hard to resolve the solution in a few days. My experience started from December 6th till this day January. I am still having issues with them since they charged me $50 for the products that i HAVE NOT RECEIVED AT ALL. They charged the money to my credit card and contacted my bank to indicate that I received the package. Even though the package has not arrived to me, my bank showed me that the piece of paper that indicated that the product was sent to me. In the statement, my bank stated "We received information or documentation to support that the merchandise was available, or shipped to the agreed upon location." Even though the package was close to my location, UPS sent back the broken products and made me make a claim for it. My point is the product is not in my hands yet they charged me TWICE for it now. This is a frustrating and time consuming process when they also confirmed a claim with FEDEX for the compensation. Everything is documented in my emails.

If you decide to order from their website, DON'T expect that the customer service will reply to anything. What is the point of having customer service email provided but you can't even respond to your customer?? Made an order on their website, two weeks later got no shipping information so I emailed them and got no reply. Then few days later e-mailed them again. No reply. The third time, I left a message on the website also sent an email to the official email address instead of the one they offered in my order confirmation. Now the second day, I finally got my shipping info. Totally unpleasant experience, still no reply from any of the emails. At one time, I thought I was a scam. Missha is a big company and I expected more from them. This is just unacceptable. And I would NEVER EVER buy from them again.

I heard great things about Missha both in the U.S and in Korea so I didn't hesitate to purchase, especially with their recent Frida Kahlo designs. But it was a terrible mistake. First of all, I had to reach out and notify them that my order went to a completely irrelevant address (I live in CA, the shipment somehow went to NJ). They asked me if I wanted it reshipped or a refund. I was still excited and wanted to try their product so I ask them to reship my package. Again, I wait 2 weeks and realize they had sent my package but I still never received it! When reaching out this time, they asked me to file a case with USPS in order to bring it up with them. I understand people can lie but this is my first time and if I was lying, why would i ask for a reshipment in the first place?! USPS customer service is very unresponsive and you can only contact by phone (not to mention their terrible hold music). I am so disappointed since so many vendors (i.e. Sephora) have much better response and conduct. I recommend you order from another reliable source such as Memebox and avoid all of this trouble.
