writing this in SEPT 2020. with all this chaos going on due to COVID and FIRE, I didn't expect for them to be very helpful lol USPS lost my packaged as my landlord had something "delivered"that same day as well but never actually received it. I dreaded contacting customer service because I was not sure if they will hear my story due to the tracking code says it was delivered, but MISSHAUS.COM replaced everything in timely manner! I am a very happy customer.

I'm mad for Missha! Great promos, products, customer service, shipping. Missha is high-end K-beauty that I have recommended to any woman who gets within earshot. I am in love with the Time Revolution line, Super Aqua Snail Mucin, anti-aging treatments, serums. My skin looks phenomenal! And I will be 70 in January. I defy you to guess my age from my photo!

I'm sorry that some have had bad experiences with them. Whenever I have emailed them, they have been prompt to reply. I have had NO issues with orders being sent to me in a timely manner either. They are a wonderful company. What you all need to realize is that they are in NJ. They are the ONLY authorized reseller of the products from Korea. They are AUTHENTIC. When you get them at Amazon and other places, you never know if they're counterfeit. A LOT of counterfeit products are floating around there. Give them a chance. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them. If you won't be home and think your packages were stolen, next time, just leave a note on the door saying that they MUST have a signature from you or someone MUST be home to drop it off. Make it easier on you. Five stars from me because Missha rocks!

Totally love their First Treatment Essence! It makes my skin feel so plum and moisturized without being sticky. I've also bought the essence mist from them. I find it useful while on the go as you just spray it around your face and leave it in. I will be definitely trying more!

Free gifts! 5. Loyalty award for customers who at least buy $100 worth annually. Giving them VIP status (which in most websites you subscribe). 6. VIP status benefiting 30% discount on all products and free shipping. 7. Customer representative is very honest and helpful. I'll go to #7. My first time ordering to Missha, there was a glitch/error and had received 1 less item than intended. Nevertheless, I wasn't complaining since I only paid for what was received. Although, I did ask customer service if something probably went wrong during the checkout, they were really helpful and fast response. This really made me love the company more. :)
