Ordered & bought a ECM/PCM it was pre-programmed website was very clear & easy enter your vin# on site. Part was refurbished and in excellent shape! Very happy with product! Daughters car runs fantastic. Would definitely recommend them to others.

After taking almost 3-weeks for delivery to arrive (after initial delivery was to be 3-5 days), I received the PCM and installed in my vehicle. I immediately had 43-Trouble Codes on my OBD11 reader. Before the install I only had 2. I get it that due to the current COVID-19 situations that shipment of packages may take longer than normal, but no need to indicate it will on take a couple of days and then make me wait almost 3-weeks----and then send me the wrong pcm or an incorrectly programmed PCM. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Worst customer support I have ever had the displeasure to experience. The companies return/warranty/refund policies are below standard. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from Mintt! I’m completely out $230 not to mention the wasted time dealing with Mintt. BUYER BE WARNED!!

The ECM I received had a bent prong, so it doesn’t work!!! I have reached out to mintt on several occasions and nothing back after 3 weeks!!!! They are a joke find someplace else to get your ECM!!

It was rather unfortunate that current events, but i got what I desperately needed. Might good on them to send it in these oddly cruel times. Took slightly longer than originally expected, but state lockdowns, riots, and a pandemic don't really make things easy.

The computer they sent me made the problem worse. Called three times in past 2 days First Lady told me my “account manager would get in touch with me” and never did. Called the next day got a gentleman on the phone and said that they were gonna send me a refund/repair form. I still haven’t gotten that email. Honestly disgusted with this company. If I could give you no stars I would.

Bad experience first they told me the ECU would be in within 3 to 5 days I didn't receive it first 6 weeks second the ECU is not pre-programmed and I'm still waiting for somebody to call me back to figure out how we're going to get that taken care of so $200 of my money was basically wasted

Flagship one is the same as mintt and FS1 failed to deliver the product that I paid for, failed to communicate and left me hanging. I still haven't been able to get my car fixed.
