I ordered June 22nd and still have not received the module. I have contacted a couple times with chat since phone line is always busy. Yesterday requested to cancel my order with immediate refund. Person I spoke with said correct people were not in office and I would be contacted today, didn’t happen. Cancel my order and provide an immediate refund, thanks It is now July 22nd and still have not received my refund. I actually spoke with someone last week and said was in process,

Horrible customer service....did keep me abreast of things...took several weeks to get part

They sold the wrong ecm Part for our 03 GMC Sierra 1500 and they will not return emails or messages or refund our money. Buyers beware I would not recommend getting parts from here for your vehicles. My recommendation would be to deal with a local auto parts store where u live.

Mintt CANCELLED my order initially... without any contact. It was several days before I checked back (since I had received NO INFORMATION about my order shipping) and found it to be cancelled. THAT WAS BAD. I contacted them and they did their best to ship ASAP after discovering their error. I DID get my PCM, but have yet to verify that it works. Follow up.... I have now received and installed my 'new' PCM and it DOESN'T work. An email that I sent to support 22 hours ago has elicited NO RESPONSE, despite the promise that the unit would work as expected. I'm hoping that I will GET a response along with an explanation about how to make it WORK. At the moment, my truck is DEAD and won't crank with the new PCM. I'm updating my review because I got a response from my first review within 2 hours of my post. The HELP mail, not so much....

After Installing the PCM-computer it preformed as stated without any problems best choice for your automotive needs. Highly recommended!
