DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK!!!! Nothing but trouble and a total lack of service. Is NOT an Australian phone just a cheap Chinese knock off. Service is non existent until you ask for a refund then you get instant advice that the product is out of warranty. I refer you to the title above.

never again ,i purchase phone ,everything ok for 6 months then had nothing but problems ,contacted them several times told me to try different thing s ,finally contacted them for the last time and then was told sorry its out of warranty and still have the same problems with it ,,everyone do your self a favour and by a good brand phone

Product arrived as promised. Good looking replacement. Did not find any instructions. After installing, figured out it would need to go through the relearn procedure in order to use. Once completed the relearn procedure, vehicle cranked over. Unfortunately, it did not cure my problem. Thank you for the help. Will recommend your service to others.

A MINTT is not an Australian phone. It maybe an all Australian name, but nothing more than a cheap Chinese made poor excuse for a phone. I know my wife agrees as we bought x2 phones. As a MINTT Y5 owner I can say without doubt that We expected more quality and better flexibility for the small price I paid. Apps have started to "Not Work" already and these are "standard out of the box apps", so I have no confidence at all that 3rd party apps would work as stated. Information is being lost in the void when Apps cannot be accessed... Just not good enough. I would never advise the purchase of this brand. Update: Since the time of this review my wife and I have had more trouble with these phones (x2) not receiving calls and messages in areas where they should be able too. Neither phone was better than the other although they both had differing problems. I would not give these phones to an enemy although the camera is good, but a phone is more than a camera these days. Never ever again. You have asked for more information to verify that I am a real customer of MINTT... What reference number do you require from me so they can get in contact with me? I'm not understanding your limited correspondence with me. Is my phone number not enough for them to ring me?

Mintt is basically Flagship 1. Both did not ship my PCM and fake about "processing", "testing" and "will call or email you when the product is ready". Avoid these two companies at all cost. I hope I get refunded for my ordered PCM.

Product arrived July 16th, everything worked with the unit installed. The only problem was that the order was made through Mintt and payment was through Flagship One inc. via paypal and the order was left hanging until a conversation in chat mode solved the issue. Thanks for the quick resolution and professional service. Thanks again, I find that American companies like yours make that extra effort.

I ordered my PCM on July 9th from Flagship One with the expectation that it would arrive in about a week (based on their website and Ebay listings). A week later, the CS Rep told me that she couldn't reach my account manager, but my PCM was in final stages of programming & testing. Two weeks later, no returned calls, no response to emails, so I started searching for a new supplier. That's when I realized that Flagship One and Mintt are the same company! I chatted with the sales dept., who tried to contact my account manager. But, again, not available. So I got the same story; my PCM is in the final stages of programming and testing (but from a totally different company with a totally different phone number and website that is actually the SAME company). My PCM was $450. That's a lot of money on the line, when it feels like I may actually lose it! I wish I would've read the other reviews on Trust Pilot before choosing this company. I see the same story as mine playing out over and over again. I just hope that, if I do get my PCM, that it actually WORKS. I will update this review once I receive communication and/or my order. Update 08/07/20: Another more than a week had passed with no PCM or correspondence from FS1, so I chatted with them. Terence, a sales rep, told me that my PCM would absolutely ship on Wednesday, 08/05. On Wednesday, I called to see if it was still planning to ship. They told me that it should ship this week, which was totally unacceptable. So I demanded to speak to "my account manager", Susan M. It took multiple attempts by the sales rep to reach her, but she finally answered the phone. She told me that the 2nd unit had failed programming and testing (yeah, right). So I was DONE! Unfortunately, she had a very strong accent and I have some hearing loss, so I just couldn't understand most of what she said. But, the part I did hear was that she would refund me and it should post within 2-3 days. I think she also said they would send an email, which I never received. Maybe I misunderstood. Regardless, I immediately opened a dispute with PayPal (I'm SO glad that's how I paid). Today, I was going to escalate it to a claim today, since they hadn't responded to the dispute. But, unbelievably, the refund was processed this morning! So, if you dare use this company, which I absolutely wouldn't recommend, I *highly* advise using PayPal. I would also suggest using this site as leverage with them. They ask for Trustpilot reviews, so somebody at that company seemingly cares about their reputation. Incidentally, I talked to people at two other PCM sales & repair companies, both of which were very aware of FS1/Mintt and their terrible reputation. One had a very interesting story about their background. I hope this helps drive away as many customers as possible, preferably all of them, from this horrible excuse for a company. --> One last thing. Look carefully at the positive reviews. Many of them are short, vague and poorly written. I highly suspect this are FAKES, particularly the recent ones.

Mintt gives no Shipping Tracking number and I contacted them via email for a tracking number and they have yet to reply 7 days ago. Lack of shipping tracking number is not good.
