lousy customer service
I made an order from mintrx in november 2019. This is january 20 2020. I asked for a refund over a month ago and have not received it yet. The company reps for this company lied to me about my refund said it was on the way. Just another lie. Do not order from this company I asked for my money back months ago and have not got it yet.

Hi Richard, we strive to provide exemplorary customer service and never like to see messages like this. I will have a member of our Client Care team call you this morning to resolve the issue. We are very careful to refund money where necessary. Typically we authorize a card at the time of purchase and don't charge the card until we obtain a valid prescription. But not to worry. We will get this worked out for you today!
