I am not pleased with the updates about my order or lack thereof, my intake info was completed with provider more then a business week ago and the status of the order has remained 'preparing to ship' same as it read prior to speaking with the provider. Given the information on their site about shipping it would seem once all info is provided by the client there would be some type of update about the order or shipping at some point in the course of a weeks time. Adopt more frequent informational updates about shipping & the clients order in general as some are more reliant on these drugs then others.

tried a few there products.. didn't work.. semiglutide worked at first then tapered off to nothing.. think the knockoffs aren't as good as the originals.. ordered from another pharmacy and worked fine..

This is the second time my order has been delayed. They said it will now ship in a week. If it doesn't I will be cancelling order and request a refund. Original Dr telehealth was quick to approve. Now dissatisfied with order processing.wouldnt recommend at this point.

I wasn't given the 10% discount I was told I'd get AFTER I made my $387 purchase. I received my order in 1 or 2 days. The prices was easy enough but since I was doing a price comparison the 10% made a difference. Anyway the service was not at all what I was told and that's the ONLY bad taste. Other then that, I am grateful that they had what I needed they're just very pricey.

Never received. is this a trend???

My order was never sent had to call twice and email once and still havent received has been over a month

I gave this company a good review 5 days ago, but now I have an addendum to that last post. I text the number that the last rep used to contact me with; 866 217 1652 and I was told I needed to send a photo I'd First problem, I wasn't told I needed to do that 5 days ago are I would have done it that day with rep on the phone. Second issue, called the 1866 855 64648# the guy who answered my call @ 440pm today Wednesday 16 was clueless all of my info I.e. phone number home address was all wrong he even wanted me to resend my photo after I told him I already did @ 561 406 9485. He finally admitted to seeing it That didn't give me a good feeling at all mind you it is going on 1 week since the initial order was placed. On their web site it still says no order has been placed according to my account @ Mintrx! I was to quick to give this company kudos! I'm going to call my bank to refund my money and contact Mintrx due to non delivery of product which has been drafted out of my account I feel foolish for messing with groupon and Mintrx May be they are good but I wouldn't know from my poor experience. Thanks for nothing!!

I sent 4 emails regarding my order that had not shipped in 3 weeks. Finally called and sole with someone. A month after ordering my package finally arrived. Good products- but this is the second time my order was lost in the shuffle.
