Hi Cornelius, we checked your order history and the reason for the delay was due to missing information that we needed from you in order to complete your medical chart and get you treated by our online providers. We will have a Client Care Specialist reach out to you right way for assistance.

Video conference not disclosed
I used this once before and this time I was required to do a video conference that was not disclosed at the time of my purchase. As you have it due to my work schedule I missed the conference and was not sent another time.
Response from MintRx PharmacyJan 30, 2020
Hi Ralph, we do apologize for any inconvenience at the same time we follow all state laws and regulations. There are some states that do require a quick consult with a physician, audio or video and we have made this process extremely simple and efficient for our customers. Thank you for your feedback, we want to hear from you and are always interested in your experience!
