I have been using the Obagi brand products for years as reccommended by my dermatologist. Everytime, I as ready for a refill of my tretinoin, I had to schedule an in office visit. After some research, I found MintRX and saw they offered online consults and shipping my products to me. I placed my 1st order for Tretinoin (which is what I needed at the time) and the process was smooth and simple. I received an email my RX was approved the next day and a couple days later, I received an email with tracking information. I received my order within a few days. About a month later, I received a marketing email that they had Obagi products on sale, so I decided to order more. I had a few questions on some of the other products so I called in and the agent I spoke with was knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. She made some great suggestions and even assisted me with completing my order, providing the discount offer. I am a customer for life. Not to mention, they have so many other products to offer I plan on exploring.

I had a great experience with Courtney from Client Care. She was knowledgeable, personable, and patient. Her Customer Care was professional and courteous.

AVOID AVOID, they are making up some laws that don't exist.. just find reliable Pharmacy, you don't need this. ppl picking up the phone are not very helpful

Client Care is amazing I have used MintRX for a number of years now. About 8 months ago I decided to do the weightloss program. From that moment Client Care IMPRESSED ME. I genuinly know they care, not only about my account but about me. I have never really read into the process for getting a refill on the weightloss stuff, I happily just email client care and within 30 min I have someone email me back, but whats so awesome is the emails are not prewritten, they are someone who genuinely wants to help. That puts a smile on my face. What this has done for me personally is allow me to open up and discuss private issues openly. No matter who is on the other end of the email I am comfortable about talking to them about ED medication, or Weightloss medication. I don't even feel comfortable talking to my wife about these things!! When things get confusing, Client Care calls and clears things up!! how often does that happen with other customer support issues?? all I can say is that this group of people is amazing! They inspire me to be more open and to take control of my health without being shy. THANK YOU CLIENT CARE TEAM!!!! YOU ARE AMAZING!! I WILL SHOUT IT FROM ROOF TOPS!!! -Justin

The young woman had to assist me with the ID section. I must say, she was extremely helpful, not mention very knowledgeable.

They have greatly improved their customer service and have been very responsive to my requests. I really appreciate it.

Great experience all around - I was able to quickly get an appointment and received my prescription much faster than I anticipated. Would highly recommend!

I keep receiving text messages asking for a photo of my hairline. I don't see the need for this request as I have been a customer for about 2 years. Not to mention, these text messages arrive at an hour (2am), which is unacceptable.
