Hello Mrs. Solano, we are very sorry to hear that your husband experienced a reaction to the medication that he ordered. Anytime a customer orders a prescription product from us they are directed to fill out a medical intake form where medications (all) are placed on that form along with other health data for that patient. Our providers treat according to the data they receive from our customer on their medical intake form - there is always an inquiry about changes in medical conditions and current medications on all of our forms that the provider should be aware of including allergies, past treatments, etc. When a patient experiences a reaction to a prescription product, they should always immediately stop taking the product and contact the pharmacist that is listed on your prescription bottle label so they can advise. Please know that you can always do that when necessary. Our pharmacists are here to assist our patients and our providers as well. We also want to remind you that not all medications work exactly the same for all individuals, everyone is different. Another reason to speak with the pharmacist, they may be able to suggest a different product that would work best for your husband. We do see that you were 100% refunded for that product and we are happy to work with your husband in the future to help him find a product that would work best for him. We appreciate you, your husband and you letting us know, please remember we are here to help and always happy to help our customers and patients.

Hello Mark we do apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with your product dispenser. We did get it fixed and we did need to request the photos of the tip so that our pharmacy could make sure they were sending you the correct tip for the correct product dispenser. We are thrilled that we got it completed for you and again, truly sorry that the tip malfunctioned. Your request had caught us off guard because we have not been asked for a replacement tip in the past for that product. Usually that product works perfectly in it's dispenser and our patients love the way it performs. We are happy that you let us know about this issue and even more happy that we got it fixed for you.
