Minocustom has reinvented the t-shirt: all the width of an adult shirt, with the length of a napkin. I ordered a tee and received what I can only describe as a crop top for a garden gnome. It stops at my waist, and I'm not exactly in the NBA. When I asked for a refund, they countered with a 20% discount on my NEXT order, because nothing says "we stand behind our products" like asking you to buy more of them. Then a 10% partial refund, since apparently their profit margin is my problem now. Returns go to China, which is somehow also my problem (financially). Save yourself the international incident. Buy a shirt from literally anywhere else.

Easy to order and pay. Reasonable postage rates

Really fabulous product, excellent quality and good delivery time.

The shirts that I ordered looked rly cool But it was rly hard to find specific shirts that I was looking for and I got mixed feelings from the lower quality shirts also being offered on the site

I’ve sent three emails to this company now as I’m trying to return my order. And I’ve had three responses not giving me details how to return or where to I’m happy to pay return fee I still have no details where to send to. The email replies just keep trying to get me to keep the order and respond by offering more and more off my next order. This is ridiculous I have consumer rights and I should be able to return the order without this much resistance.

J'ai commandé des t-shirts sur ce site, je les ai reçus après un délai significatif mais la taille ne convenait pas. J'ai écrit à l'adresse mail indiquée pour les retours et après plusieurs échanges où ils m'indiquaient de manière répétée et insistante que le retour, vers la Chine, me coûterait extrêmement cher, que je ferais mieux de les offrir à des amis (!!!), ils finissent par me fournir une adresse en me disant que le retour est à mes frais, les frais de douane aller et retour aussi, rendant de fait un retour ou un échange impossible. Très malhonnête.
