The online store exploration and the purchasing process are very easy and user friendly. The size chart is clear. It's my first purchase at Mino's Shop so I'm curious to see the products live.

My only hassle was the address line. Automatically filled in. All my fault

Would prefer an email confirmation with additional information. Only got a confirmation email so far Would prefer a better initial confirmation email containing more information.

Website ran pretty smooth, there were a few confusing aspects. The different selections for set and size could be bolder when selected I didn't realize it had actually clicked the first few times, maybe highlighted once selected would be a cleaner update. Also the website glitched once I ordered and sent me back to the payment screen rather than an order confirmation screen. Other than that it was pretty smooth. Once I get the product ill have a better idea for rating quality.

It was very easy to order and the products arrived in great shape. I would suggest making it clear when/how the items will be delivered. I did not receive any shipping updates, but I did receive a few promotional emails, which made me a little suspiciously nervous. Obviously, all worked out in the end, but shipping info and updates would have been much appreciated.

The shirts that I ordered looked rly cool But it was rly hard to find specific shirts that I was looking for and I got mixed feelings from the lower quality shirts also being offered on the site
