Brought a custom couple set. First rendering came back and nothing looked like the photo to the point where my partner was in pants and a top rather than a dress. Faces looked nothing like us and clothes were nowhere near what we were wearing in the photo. I'd stay clear if you are planning on ordering.

I ordered a set for Valentine’s Day, when I received the preview they had only customised the heads. So I gave feedback that the clothes hadn’t been changed, and Sally said the one I had ordered only had customisable head. I asked to change it to the one with the customisable body (which was the same price, and I had paid for the option to make changes). I was told I had to pay a “restocking fee” of 22USD. Then when I got the preview of the second order it was wasn’t the same as the photo. I provided a lot of feedback for changes. I then got a second preview where only one change had been made, and was told by Sally that “We are not able  to make sure it will be the exact same as the original picture” even though that’s what they’re advertising. They do not custom design the clothes, they pick from pre designed prints which in my case was not even close. They refuse to cancel the order under false advertising and are saying I have to pay a 29.95USD “restocking” fee to cancel. Edit to update: after 30+ emails back and forth with customer service (Sally) over the past 10 days, multiple Facebook comments and messages, and a negative review on Trustpilot this was finally resolved by Amy with a full refund of both orders (and a request to remove my negative review).

The product arrived with a piece instead for another, i reached their customer service twice and i got ignored both time. The product Is good but arrived incomplete and the customer service is terrible

I ordered "Personalized Couples Brick Figures" for $59.95 with the preview option. Once I saw the initial rendering I realized they rendered only the heads from the photo, and the rest was not custom. I requested some changes and got a response that I can only customize facial features (great). I tried asking them to render full body since NOWHERE in product title or description is it written that only the head will be rendered, and also they sell full body figures for the same price. Nothing worked, they did not acknowelage false advertising and proposed 50% refund or an option to pay extra for full body renderings. Now I'm stuck with mine and my girlfiend's heads stuck on top of somebody else. Perfect Valentine's Day gift, thanks MineBricks. Do not shop there, let their competition push them out of this market. FYI: The "best effort to solve my problem" as they called it in the response was bribing me with $8 to delete this review.

Received a faulty gift for Christmas. Contacted the company, the staff were helpful but would only refund half the order so I’ve lost money on a faulty item.

After my initial $80 purchase, I got the rendering, but I realized that I wanted the figure based on another photo that was more sentimental, and I paid an extra $30 fee to use a new photo. So now I'm at $110. They kept using the old photo for the rendering, despite me sending the new photo 3 separate times. Then they told me they couldn't use the new photo, even though they had sent a Paypal request for $30 to replace the old photo with the new photo. The figure based on the old photo kept looking worse every time they sent me a preview. I feel like I get a new customer service rep every time and no one is following old conversations. Communication is absolutely terrible and condescending, and they don't want to provide a refund. Very disappointed.

Worst customer service and horrible experience. Charged almost double due to the conversion rate (as it doesn’t state the currency they use on their site). I requested to cancel the order the next day when I realised the cost. I was told production has started, so to cancel it will be a 50% cancellation fee. I requested evidence the production had stated but nothing. This company won’t last long with all the bad reviews (also check their Facebook page). DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I thought that I would be ahead of the game by purchasing my order early for this custom gift! Instead I am going back and forth with this company about an absolutely stupid issue. I had purchased a frame with a mine brick and the picture that it was replicating. I had originally sent in one photo and they claimed that they needed a new picture that was full body. That was fine, I sent in a new full body picture that had a different outfit than the one before since I didn’t have a full length of the original picture. I had asked if the picture was alright, and they said yes. A few days later, I was asked to confirm the project before they would make it and it was with the original picture and the outfits of the new picture…. Did not match at all. I simply asked them as to match the pictures and they said that would cost $50 as a restocking fee! And we have gone back and forth for some time now and they are unrelentless with this whole restocking fee. I then just asked at this point to cancel the purchase because it wasn’t going to be something I wanted, and they told me that it was going to cost me $50 to cancel. Please be better at customizing if you claim to be a “custom” gift company.
