Complete scam and waste of money My partner purchased a couple set with frame for $300 NZD (Which includes the picture the characters are meant to resemble in the frame!) We paid extra for proofs and VIP treatment of the product, what we received does not even slightly resemble the picture sent. Not just different clothing ie in the picture I had a blue dress and was sent jeans and a top but different hair colors and far darker skin tones. We reached out actually assuming we had been mistakenily sent the wrong characters and had someone else's order but were meet with a clearly automated reply offering 5% discount, which is outrageous for a $300 wrong order when we were not at fault. After reading the terms and conditions and pursuing their customer service we were offered a full remake of our order and a proof before they made it to make sure we were happy with gaurentee that our remake will be done within 5-7 days. That was 2 weeks ago and we have had radio silence since even after following up multiple times. This is ridiculous for the amount of money paid when they're main point of advertisement is that the characters are personalized, abosulte scam of a company and I will be continuing to inform every platform to stop as many people as possible to being tricked into the same nonsense.

I ordered a couple with frame design. There were multiple errors with the design of the brick figures. Mainly the female has brunette hair and the male had dark blonde hair and both figures came with black hair. I was never sent a proof even though the item description says it will come with a proof to be approved before production. When I reached out to customer service the first email was completely ignored and I had to follow up days later. They then replied to me saying I never ordered render even though it was never listed when purchasing the item. They then advised in the email 'Since the product is not made 100% according to original drawing' and 'The product also contains some of the designers personal inspirations and aesthetics". According to mine brick my partner and I are apparently better looking with black hair which is actually pretty insulting and highly offensive. They then ignored my reply email. If you are looking to waste your money and disappoint the person this gift is for then go ahead and order mine brick otherwise, please save your time, money and feelings. This company just cares about taking your money and doing the very minimum they can.

I couldn’t have had more issues with this company. From the start (1st of February) I paid €95 in total. I paid €25 for express shipping, they promised my item would be here on the 12th of Feb as it was a gift. First issue was the rendering, which I paid for. They didn’t take into account any of the details and both of the characters outfits were wrong. I made a revision and they fixed one character, but not the other. Since it takes so long for a revision, I had to just accept that one character didn’t look right because if I made another revision, the order would be late. By the 10th it wasn’t shipped, I emailed and Amy told me she would expedite the process (I paid for the VIP package, it should’ve already been expedited) On the 12th my order still hadn’t been shipped, so I requested a refund of the express shipping. In the last 2 weeks I have gone back and forward with 32 emails. First they said they could offer 10%, then 15%. They messed me around for 2 weeks, until that point, I told them I wanted a full refund since I sincerely doubt this product is ever going to arrive. This company is a complete scam, I am so disappointed and would be happy to share the emails I went back and forth with them showing their disrespect. Amy and Melanie were both completely unhelpful with this and just constantly repeated the same over and over. Terrible customer service. As of Tuesday 20th February, I have not received my product or my refund. Also, I can almost guarantee they will attempt to pay me to remove this review.

Horrible service. They will take over a month to ship it, or so I think cause mine has not shipped. They definitely cannot handle excess or too many orders. You are better buying Legos and painting them yourself. Save yourself from them and never order from them.

I’ve finally assembled this purchase and am extremely dissatisfied. I paid for additional consultation to be able to review mock ups of the order before production and shipping. This never occurred. Once revived the design was not to my liking with details veering from the photo. The workmanship was sloppy and of low quality with pieces not fitting properly, gaps and misshapen pieces. I would like a response to my complaint please and a refund of service deliver nor to quality expected.

I ordered a custom couple for valentines day. I provided a photo of me and my husband. I was wearing a green dress with a pink shawl. My husband was wearing a black dress with a lot of golden accents. I selected a 'preview before producing'-extra so I could adjust the figures twice if they were not to my satisfaction and expectations. After a day I received a preview of the minebrick figures. They didn't look alike at all! The female figure was wearing a blue dress and red shawl. Not even CLOSE to the photo. The male figure was in complete black, no golden accents to be found. My husband is very clearly wearing glasses in the photo, and his skintone is darker than mine. Both the glasses and the difference in skintone were not shown in the minebrick figures. I immediately replied that I wasn't satisfied and that I would like them to change it to the actual colors of the provided photograph. They then charged me another 50% because it was already produced? But I never gave a GO??? I am trying to get a full refund now, because I am not paying another 35 euro for the 70 I already paid. Bad customer service, and they should be ashamed that their design is so far off from the photo provided.

If I could give it a lower score I would. Ordered as a gift to my husband. Paid extra for a faster turn around. At day 11 reached out to chase up why the item hadn’t shipped yet and the consultant couldn’t be more rude and disengaged. Explained shipping dates to me like I was an idiot. Then was unapologetic about the delays when I pointed out that I had paid for faster processing. Don’t waste your time or money Update: Email sent, still no reply regarding the processing time. Still no delivery date. Currently 25 days and counting.

The skirt was nothing like the picture with presents on the skirt instead of pineapples which my friend would never wear. And the man came with a wrong piece so he has a lump coming out of the back of his head. I contacted them by email and they wanted over $30.00 to fix their mistake. What a joke. And I was so excited and going to get others for my others Friends. Great idea poorly executed. Left the skirt difference to artistic freedom.
