Qr code for build manual will not open. Tried to submit problem but cannot get past verify I’m not a robot. They don’t respond to email either.

My son got upset after seeing his figure..lot of details were missing. I shared my son's picture with a smile..that's a major missing. Not happy at all..my money got wasted. Order number - NA32030

Received this item for Christmas , instructions to build the characters worked great. However the instructions to build the picture frame does not work, I reached out to customer service and they sent me the same thing. It's now April...terrible.

- Item delivered wasn’t the same item listed on purchase - they wanted to charge me for shipping out replacement parts - after two rounds of sending replacement parts. The order still wasn’t rectified.

I was extremely disappointed with my order from Minebrick. I paid extra for multiple changes, as this was going to be a gift for a very excited little boy. I recieved a text telling me the order was ready to view to check if it matched my picture, however being a weekend (I was away on a mini-holiday) I thought I would check it on Monday morning when I was home and had time. No-where did it tell me I had limited time (not even business hours). Not only did they then not let me change my order (even after paying extra for alterations), the colours of the clothes in the photo I sent, and the pattern on the shirt did not even match. The order got sent to me anyway, with no updates and looks ridiculous. I never gifted it, and it is now sitting in a box in my cupboard as it is nothing like it should have been. This was a really frustrating process for me, considering the price paid (especially with the conversion to AUD). Nobody offered to help or make any changes, even when contacted first thing Monday morning - 2 days into the process only, after being sent the sample work.

Refund request refused. My parcel has delivered to the wrong address by courier company organised by Minebrick. I had to send numerous emails to make them understand that the parcel has delivered to the address that is not listed on the parcel. It is very disappointing customer service experience as it is very simple situation if they compare the address shown on the parcel & compare it with address shown on the photo given as proof of delivery. They want me to contact their courier to report the incident which I believe the responsible party has to deal with it. And their courier company has no page to report the loss of delivery and they only offered me 30% of the full cost of the item.

Be warned, that you won't get a 1:1 liking from the original photo. I tried to get a gift for my wife and she has blond hair and I wear glasses, they sent black hair and I'm not wearing glasses. They also mislead you in that it's just the head customization and not the body portion. They did such a bad job.

Had to pay 7.99$ more after it never arrived and they had to resend it to me although i paid $2.99 for insurance on shipping and there were also parts missing and the person didnt look like me at all avoid this half assed borderline scam
