What an amazing customer service they have! Beautiful and matching outcome! The characters looks super cute and extremely easy to build with that 3D instruction on the phone.

This is my second time ordering a custom brick figure as a gift. The first one was absolutely loved by the recipient, and I'm sure the second will be the same. The team is very quick to respond and is very understanding. Kudos!

I bought 14 detailed figures and was initially a little scared that it was a scam... let me tell you it is the furthest thing from it and I highly recommend this website (to be clear, I have no agenda and do not receive any compensation from this company). Here are tips for anyone who plans on buying from this website: 1. Note that there are at least two kinds of figures - round and square, each with different features and they can't be mixed. 2. Choose a detailed figure, not basic. 3. Add the 2.99$ for "Brick Figures Renderings Confirmation Service". That means you get the design before it's manufactured and can make changes! 4. This company had the best customer service I've seen in a while.. sure, I made a relatively expensive order but I assume it's just part of there company culture. I was emailing with them about every detail and always got a quick and helpful response. 5. I paid for express shipping and didn't get my order in the time frame I paid for (3-5 days) and so I got a full refund with absolutely no problem. 6. I created a QR barcode to be printed on the base of each figure and not only they accommodated this unorthodox request, the also made sure to print it on the box (a beautiful box btw), without me even asking.

I tempi di attesa sono congrui, forniscono il tracciamento e rispondono subito alle mail.
