I had an issue with my order being shipped. Sent an email to customer service, and received a very quick response from Sally. She investigated my issue and explained what had happened. Rearranged everything for me, and got everything on the way again. It all took a few days due to the nature of the problem and she kept me updated the whole way through. 5 Stars! Thanks Sally!

The bricks are pretty cute and designed nicely as if coming out from the original photo. The service is also great when I needed to modify the renderings that Haley is very helpful assisting me. She responded promptly despite timezone difference until I was satisfied with the final design.

I must say, whenever I made contact I always received a prompt reply, which was very appreciated. This online transaction was not stressful . The name necklaces look beautiful. I do like the way you can adjust the sizing, as my grand daughters are only 7years old at the moment . They will also be able to enjoy the necklaces in their teenage years. I highly recommend!
