The customer support was so helpful…
The customer support was so helpful when my package got stolen. Even I didn't got a total free replacement because my local Delivery Service declared the package as delivered, but they offered me a good deal as replacement :) The product itself is also great, so very happy in all.

Excellent Customer Service
Customer service was excellent—quick to respond, typically by the next day. They genuinely strive to ensure a positive experience, going above and beyond to satisfy customers and get the product right. The only drawback is the lack of clear instructions on how to customize the piece, but the helpfulness of the customer service team makes up for it.
