I made 4 minebrick people for family members for Christmas and they were a hit! Super detailed and the instructions make them easy to put together. The process for submitting the design was a little confusing but I found the staff to be very patient and did many revisions until it was just right.

The product received was faulty and it took several emails and sending images before I was given a replacement. I also had to pay the postage again ! On the positive, all correspondence was courteous and when the decision was taken to replace the order it was received quickly thereafter. I would order from this company again.

i really loved the fact that it tells you whats going on (for example couple of days was makinfg time then delivery) and i also love the product. One really small issue is when brightness is set to middle it starts to flicker

The support answered quickly and the issue is solved. I am not putting the Best rating as i have to pay fees to do again the minebrick while the error was made on your side.

I loved the figure! It turned out great and the 3D directions were awesome! We were missing a piece, but customer service was quick to fix it and send a replacement.
