MinebrickReviews of minebrick.com

I reached out for guidance on my Lego model, and let me tell you, the response was lightning fast! I couldn't believe how quickly everything got resolved. Huge thanks to Sally for such amazing service!

I placed two large orders and Sienna has been super helpful with bringing up any questions the minebrick team had. She’s been very responsive, thoughtful, and kind.

This was my 2 time and definitely not my last time ordering brick figures! The customer service is great and worked hard to get the wrestler perfect!

The product was such a special gift for my partner. It looked exactly like the photos and super fun to assemble together. Customer service was incredible! I was going to be out of town during my delivery date and they were able to accommodate a change of address after my order was placed. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a unique gift this holiday!

I highly recommend dealing with this company, the service is incredible. I mad a mistake with my order and they made it so easy for to fix my problem. I am very happy and excited to receive this fun gift from them!

Lindsay has checked in while being the best professional! I am so happy with the product.

So far I am very happy with how the process has gone. A few times I would have to re-ask for a change. But in the end, everything was exactly like I wanted it. They were very attentive to making sure things were how I wanted them. Great communication! I can't say much beyond the first part as I do not have the figures yet. However, I do feel they will be adorable and we will have a great time building them. If they are not the quality or done well when they show up, I will re-do this review. If it hadn't changed, it is because everything was good. I look forward to getting them.

I have brought 4 minebricks custom heads to build over Christmas with my family, I'm so happy with them I've been aware of the process from start to finish! Also you amended the Beard on one of them which I'm very grateful! Highly recommended I just ordered again for a Christmas present 🎁
