There was a glitch with my order that made my modifications not go through, and then I passed the 48 hour mark of changes! But I was able to contact support and explain what happened as well as my desired changes, and they let me do it past the deadline, and we're quite nice and accommodating!

I was thoroughly impressed with Cherry and the team's accommodating nature, as they revised my Lego design multiple times to ensure I was satisfied before production. Communication was seamless, with same-day responses to my inquiries. As a repeat customer, I've consistently been more than satisfied with my customised Lego creations. Bought as a gift for my wife. Easy process to approve artwork. Keep in mind they are lego type people and not real! I was impressed with the end result. Some of the directions were tough but got it completed as expected! Wife loves it!!!
