MinebrickReviews of minebrick.com

Have to say when I saw some of the reviews on here I was worried about ordering from them. However I took the plunge and ordered me and my partner as the couple block figures. Have to say the customer service is fantastic. There was an admin mess up and my order got shipped to USA (live in UK) however I sent an email out when i caught the wrong address on my shipping notification. I got a response within 24 hours from Lindsay who arranged a replacement to be made and sent out ASAP and still got my order before valentines. So can't complain at all! Also we built are figures last night and they were super cute and great fun! The instructions on the phone through a QR code is super smart! Highly recommend these guys!

Great! instructions clear. They reply fast to questions!

Very look a like characters with great details, fast shipping and a very good after sales service.

This experience was really great for me, and Lindsey was really helpful through the whole process. I highly recommend this cute gift for everyone.
