MinebrickReviews of minebrick.com

The product was exactly as advertised and the service is personalized and professional!

I’ll start with the “worst” part of my experience, which was that my order was delivered about 2 weeks later than intended- truly I don’t care about that, just glad it was updating me and did eventually arrive. The rest of my experience was incredible. For 1, the discreet packaging was fantastic, 2. Such cute packaging under the discreet packaging, 3. It’s a small thing, but I really love the bags the bricks come in. So many places just do what Lego does and this is similar but the attention to detail is unmatched. 4. The instructions were AMAZING. I don’t say this lightly, I build Legos of all kinds and different brands, these are hands down the best instructions I’ve ever had. Clear, quick, digital, and it allows you to rotate pictures so you can get a full picture of what to do. Above and beyond. 5. I’ve said attention to detail already but it needs a point of its own. My purse was incorporated in my final rendering- MY PURSE!!! Also a few of the more detail oriented pieces were assembled separately so that I didn’t confuse them in the other pieces- INCREDIBLE. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. I didn’t read reviews on this company until after the fact (because I was looking to share my positive experience) and wow, Reddit is so mean to Minebrick, but I will definitely get another set. Also a super reasonable price!

Very helpful

Totally recommended! They even sent me a missing piece.

Cherry was absolutely fantastic in helping me with my order, as well as a timely replacement when I received the incorrect figure. I was able to work with her directly and it was a seamless easy process.

Around the Valentine's Day time, I tried to get my custom MineBrick's sent to my house of my girlfriend and I. When I asked about tracking and where it was, the team at MineBrick was fast acting and helped notify me when I'd be receiving my package. My girlfriend and I love our MineBricks and think they are extremely adorable and creative!
