I ordered a couple brick figure, minebrick has adjusted the order according to my requirements. When the order has arrived it unfortunately had two missing pieces, however the customer services department had quickly resolved the issue and offered a full free replacement of the product due to the inconvenience. Apart from this small issue, the experience was very good as the figure was really nice!

Sienna was really great through the whole process! My minifig is for my boyfriend and his cat & im so excited to see his reaction. UPDATE: Aaaahhhhh i finally got it in the mail today. About a two month wait but absolutely worth it. I did do some customization and revisions on it tho.I was wary because of other reviews I read but very happy I finally received it. Im also based out of the US.
