MinebrickReviews of minebrick.com

Im very happy with the help I got from Haley today! I needed new hair color for my Legos and they made the process easy and fast with good help and a good price!

Amazing customer service . I purchased my minebrick over a year ago. My wife and I are extremely busy and didn’t get around to building it. Within a half hr they resent me my full instructions. Very very impressed and will recommend to all my friends !

Everything was very ok. Quality and professionalism. The quality of the product is exceptional. It arrived in good time for a gift.

From the ease of ordering to the Phenomenal representative (Amy) they assigned to me, and the photo downloads you can share! As soon as I placed my order, I received an email reminding me of how simple things would be and also that I could reach out with any questions. Amy's message was sweet, professional and engaging and then she even fix an error that I didn't catch immediately!!! I can't wait to order more custom bricks. This is everything!

The team worked very hard to make me happy. I would recommend the company and its agents to anyone. Thank you for your quick responses and your help with this matter. The quality of your products is great also. Thanks again. We have received the correction and I’m looking forward to my daughter and grandson completing their project.

I missed the Detail Verification email that was sent and failed to correct the drafted design within the time they asked me to, but Cherry, Steven, and Haley were all informative, kind, and went beyond their way to help me modify the design I want! They were fantastic and very thoughtful of my dilemma! My brick figures arrived in two shipments with the modifications I wanted and I couldn't be happier! Minebrick, you got amazing staff and I thank you all for such a heartwarming gift idea! Will definitely buy more and recommend you to all my friends!
