MinebrickReviews of minebrick.com

Been a faithful customer for many years and always get their couple figures every year. Had to make some changes for my order and very thankful for Haley and Lindsay’s support

The models were very similar and they arrived in time, without any issues

Skye was very helpful when I realised I made the wrong order, I got updates on the design and it’s turned out PERFECT, i’m so chuffed, thank you!

Fantastic product with amazing after sale support!

Great product and excellent customer service The product is exactly as described and fully meets my expectations. What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service. In my case, the courier company (which was completely independent from the seller) delivered my package to the wrong address. Despite this not being their fault, the company immediately offered to remake the product and send me a replacement at no extra cost. I really appreciate how they handled the situation. The product itself is great, and the customer service was outstanding. Highly recommended!

Amy was very helpful and friendly, was prompt at assisting while correctly rectifying the problem I had.

I must say, was skeptical with this site and its products. My order got planned/produced/shipped and delivered a bit over a week. The bricks are the same quality as the original brand has,so not some cheap material thing. I ordered a gift with 2 personalized adults +1 dog, it is very well detailed, based on the picture I uploaded. My kids loved building it with the installation guide, much more interactive as a standard lego description. Was a bit scared that this site might be a scam, but ended as a wonderful gift for my family.

Accurate renders from the photo, super easy assembly along with rotating pictures, a great product!
