MinebrickReviews of minebrick.com

Got minebrick figure for my 15 YO son. It was fun to create and arrived on time. The instructions was missing but the customer support was very responsive and sent me the digital detail instructions immediately. Keep the order number. We cant wait to see the build.

I purchased a full custom couples figure to gift my brother on his upcoming wedding day. Overall the process was quite smooth and straightforward with clear instructions on how to proceed at each step. I purchased the option where you can see the renderings ahead of time and thankfully I did as the initial attempt was lovely but the the girl's outfit was not quite matching the one from the photo. The next 2 renderings deviated from the original too much and my free customizations had run out, however I felt that my initial request was not being met. I reached out to their customer service and they worked with me to rectify the issue immediately. I was very happy with the final product and service that I received overall. The response time was rapid and the team worked with me until I was wholly satisfied with the final product. My only major complaint overall is that the page where you can view the renderings and request modifications does not have an option to attach photos. It was only until I sent more detailed images of the outfit in question alongside sample designs for them to review, was my main issue corrected immediately. Had I been able to do that more directly, it may have made for an easier time to get my perfect design earlier on. Ultimately I am excited to gift the final product once it arrives and think that the newlyweds will love building and displaying it in their first home together.

Just received my order right on Valentine's day. I could not be any happier. The order turned out just as good as I hoped. The customer service was also very good. If I had any queries they were responded to within 24hrs. Definitely recommend!!

Read some of the review after purchasing and was nervous this might have been a scam or that I would be waiting a long time for delivery. However this was not the case, however I did not get informed of dispatch or tracking information until I got in touch with customer services, but once I had this information it all arrived on time and as expected. Was definitely worth it.

Loved the product, but the delivery process was a bit confusing. The postal service tracking showed one thing, while we kept getting email notifications about delivery failures—even though the package hadn’t reached the post office yet. It gave us a few stressful days trying to track it down. That said, everything else was great! The product design, customization process, and overall quality were excellent. Looking forward to ordering again—hopefully with smoother delivery next time!

The outcome is charming and closely resembles the photograph. However, the previous time I placed an order, I had the opportunity to request minor adjustments and observe the outcome prior to its dispatch. I prefer it that way.

The Lego figures are great. Extremely similar to the photo that I shared. And delivered on time too. Quality is awesome. What an awesome gift. My friend loved it a lot! A little expensive but definitely worth it 😁

Almost perfect. But I'll b 100% if it has every song on earth
