I ordered a brick of one of my dogs. The dog is a multicolored yorkie. Instead, they made her tan. Out of her 4 main colors, not one is tan. They put zero effort into this build. Edit: They asked me to reach out to them through email. I did. No reply from them

They are being tagged as a scam company in Tiktok and Reddit left &right. When I messaged them to expedite.. they said they have machine upgrades maintenance causing delay to enhance quality but didn't announce in their page..which is MISLEADING. I ordered and promised 5-8 days shipping yet no updates of item being shipped. If all else fails I will invest free time to expose this scam and contact media outlets and content creators to bring this to light as its really easy to pay to investigate scam nowadays coming from a Certified Fraud Analyst. Giving you guys a chance to prevent business closure

Pedido que era para sant Valentín. Pedido que pone que llega. Entre 5 a 9 días. 20 días después sigo sin recibir absolutamente nada y viendo el seguimiento del pedido. Sigue en el mismo sitio hace 4 días. Servicio nefasto. Cuando llegue (si llega) haré la devolución. Ya que tenéis unos tiempos que no respetais.

The company's practices are misleading and troubling. They seek to charge extra for additional renderings despite not adhering to the provided instructions. Despite a week of back-and-forth communication resulting in missing the original gift arrival date, I continued to engage with them. However, upon deciding to cancel due to frustration, they attempted to impose unwarranted charges. While the initial price charged to my credit card was $78.74, the refund amount offered is only $45.51. Their emails cited various reasons for deducting $33 from the refund, including a 50% customization fee, a 50% restocking fee, and a 50% cancellation fee. It is recommended to steer clear of making purchases from this company. The imposition of a 50% fee was not clearly communicated during the checkout process, indicating deceptive practice.

Do not order from this company. It is a totally fraud. You will not receive your product.

Ordering process was very difficult. When asked to proof the order for correctness there was no response to my reply. This resulted in delay. I had to pursue them in all ways possible to get the order sent. Once received, everyone of them was incorrect. Not one of them correct!!! I would NEVER purchase from them. I wish I could rate a zero or negative number.

Haben am 3.12.2025 bestellt und stand heute 19.12.25 wurde die Bestellung noch nicht mals verschickt! Eine absolute frechheit! Hat Minibricks das Gefühl ich will den weihnachts porsche für Ostern?! 😡 Und auf anfrage keine anständige Antwort wiso noch kein Versand erfolgte

I placed a pre-order for the Christmas Porsche over two weeks ago (31st Nov), and I still haven’t received any shipping confirmation or tracking information (it’s now 15 Dec and was told it will ship mid December). I understand pre-orders can take time, but there’s been very little communication, and I don’t know when or if my order will arrive in time for Christmas. I hope Mini Bricks can clarify the status of orders like this and improve communication, as it’s been disappointing to wait without updates.
