I ordered 5 months ago, however, due to problems in the mail company (Not MineBrick's fault) the order didnt arrive, Me and CS/@Haley sent eachother 17 mails trying to solve the issue, she responded very kindly and very fast, and helped me alot. I am grateful for the service & the product is amazing !

They work with you through the entirety of the process to make sure they deliver your vision of the product, ensuring it is perfect, which made it extra special to me because I am using it for a gift. Also, when it said my order was delivered, but was not at my door, they worked with me to help track it down and ensure that it was not missing and that I did in fact track it down and find it!
