Sienna was very helpful with clear communication.

Excelente atencion y productos bellisimos

Lindsay on the customer service team assisted in getting my order right and ended up providing preview option to make sure that I got to see the figurine design before it goes to production. Really appreciate the extra effort. My employee receiving this was very happy as well with the item.

Cherry was extremely helpful, and super lovely. Great customer service.

The customer-service is amazing! For a couple of € extra I got the VIP service, it is worth every penny! They have helped me so much during the customisation process and also with the troubles I had with the delivery with DHL. They respond quickly and really helped me find solutions and even send me a new order when the order didn't show because of problems with DHL. Totally recommend.

The bricks look amazing and easy to put together! We needed an extra piece that was a different number than what we received. Working with Haley to resolve this was so quick and easy! Thank you for your excellent service!

The team of MineBrick went above and beyond to make sure that the order I passed was as desired, their customer service is simply excellent

My daughters were so surprised to see themselves in ‘Lego’ format. Instructions were amazing with the 3D zoom and rotation. We love this product and recommend highly for everyone.
