I'm having the same issue as so many that I now see posting. SCAM! I have now waited over 30 days for my package, they told me to keep waiting, then finally told me “I am sorry to tell you that we received the information from our logistics department that the package was detained by customs.” I Doubt that's true and doubt I’ll get a refund. Don't buy unless you want to waste your money & deal with repeated emails with "holdups" throughout the process.

I ordered one of these for my friend and it was advertised with an ugly Christmas sweater. Yet the product I received was just the “outfit” my friend was wearing in the picture I provided. In the photo my friend is wearing an ID badge (and he is dark skin) and on the product the ID badge has a white man on it. When I reached out to the company they said there’s nothing they can do about it. Extremely unhelpful, and I’m very disappointed with how they advertised one thing but give you something different. 2ND EDIT: the person I’ve been in contact with since Dec. 24th is Sandra. She was extremely rude telling me I have to “just accept” there is nothing you guys could do for me. After posting this review she said she spoke to her management team and they offer for me to pay a restocking fee and a shipping fee to fix THEIR mistake. SO FIRST- she tells me they never messed up my order. SECOND- after I told her this was false advertising she tells me there’s nothing they can do and to accept that. THIRD- I have to resort to writing a review in order to get the “management” team to hear of my case. And LASTLY- if Sandra wasn’t so rude, and offered that EVERY SIMPLE solution before going back and forth with me for DAYS- I would have jumped that the opportunity. But she left a very sour taste in my mouth for this company. I told her I would like to speak with the management team, as this is not acceptable. And I haven’t heard from her in two days. PLEASE HELP ME GET THE PROPER SOLUTION!

Honestly, feels like a scam. Placed my order on December 7th as on their website it stated if you placed it by a certain date it would arrive by Christmas. Received an email that they were having delays due to not having product. After realizing there was no way this was arriving for Christmas, I reached out for a refund but was told they couldn’t do a refund because it was already sent out to be shipped. But when I go online to track my order it says it hasn’t been shipped yet and I’m looking at receiving the product by January 29th, almost two months after ordering it! While it seems like a cute idea, I would recommend spending your money elsewhere as you most likely will never receive the product you paid for.

They wont accommodate modifications to the design even if you paid extra for modifications. They’ll instead charge a restocking fee for a product they have yet to produce. They delayed the order so much so the gift was then useless because it didnt arrive for its intended purpose. Ultimately I had to settle for something I did not want just so that the month long process would finally be over.

Terrible experience. Awful customer service with no help. They “say” their system sent the confirmation email for the design, which I never received. I even chatted with them, after this date, and a person told me it was still being designed and they would notify me when the design was ready for approval. I never received an email, and they just decided to go ahead and produce my product without me ever confirming it. The design was terrible. And now my order has missing pieces since arriving, and looks awful. Their customer service won’t even respond. Total scam don’t order these. Order number NA18943. Lindsay on customer service is awful. Directly lied to me multiple times, refused to let me speak with a manager. Stay away from this company at all costs.

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! Their customer service team treated you like crap and never gave a damn about what you’ve told them. The mock up never turned out right and happened to keep repeating the same mistakes even you told them to alternate after 3 times. I spent $100 on it, and I can tell you it was waste of money. At the end, they’ll tell you that you’ve already used all your modify chances, and you need to pay 50% more if you want to continue modifying your figure. It’s just bullsh_t.
