I had an excellent experience with the Mindset Disability Team. From the very beginning of my application process, they were professional, polite, and incredibly supportive. Every step was explained clearly, and they took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout. Their kindness and patience made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and even empowering. I truly appreciate the way they treated me with respect and understanding. I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs guidance and support — they go above and beyond to help.

Sai was absolutely amazing! I was getting way overwhelmed with everything. I made one phone call and everything was done right there. She explained the whole process extremely well so I could understand. Asked if I had any questions, we went over everything. She gave me names, phone numbers..asked if I had any questions. I wish I would’ve known about mindset many years ago! Thank you so very much! I feel like 100lbs has been lifted off of my shoulders!

Everyone has been so kind and helpful ! They have answers all my questions honestly and without judgement. My particular case manager, Shaun, has been so pleasant to work with and fast ! I couldn't believe to get a call from my local SS office only 3 weeks from my first contact with mindset. They told me that because Shaun had done everything correctly that I was going to the front of the line and being electronically submitted to the SS office for determination immediately. I have so much to be thankful for this year ... Thanks :)
