Mary completed our initial phone call in April 2025 and did a wonderful job !!! she was kind and patient and professional!!! After that we were assigned a case worker named Tammy, who assisted my brother in getting his SSI and we are truly grateful for her support. Wow. Even though he is still waiting for the Social Security office to finalize everything I can confidently say that you know a natural advocate when you meet one. Tammy treated my brother with genuine kindness and respect and she even spoke to him like he was her own family. She listened to understand not just to respond. She cared deeply and she made an incredibly stressful and worrisome process feel lighter and more manageable ! ! While I only spoke with her a few times myself bcuz my sister handled most of the talking one thing is for sure our entire family was impressed with the compassion and communication we received. We talked about Tammy so much that she even became a topic at our Thanksgiving dinner!!! That’s the kind of impact she had!!!. I would recommend Mindset to everyone needing help especially Mary and Tammy !!! Bcuz of their help my brother will be able to get himself a room and stay warm this holiday season. What a blessing . We prayed for this. God is good !!

The intake professional Miss Mary was absolutely phenomenal. I have a plethora of medical issues physical and mental as well as an obscene amount of medication and medical history and she was incredibly patient and even helped me organize my thoughts into a timeline so that I can give her all the information needed. She was so patient and had such a excellent professionalism that I am confident that I am in fantastic hands and I look forward to what I expect to be a stress-free approval from Social Security.
