Melanie Scott was simply outstanding helping me navigate a complex, labor intensive year long pursuit of SSDI. She was responsive, timely, understanding and effective. This process is confusing and multi-faceted so having Mindset on my side was a huge advantage. I very highly recommend Mindset to anyone about to embark on the awkward process.

Mindset has been absolutely 💯 amazing!!! I don't know what I would have done without them. They took very good care of me and stayed in contact with me. Violet was very helpful and explained things to me in a clear way. I appreciate 🙏🏽 all of them so much. They are top notch and customer service is great !!! They make the process go by with ease. I totally recommend them for anyone who needs help with ssi/ssdi. They get the job done. Trusting them to help, takes alot of stress off of you (makes such a difference). . The communication and effort to reach out was very noteworthy. I'm a bit of a nervous person and appreciate transparency and detailing when it comes to working with important matters. I was told every important detail that would be happening, as they happened. I felt cared for as a person by their staff, and was helped when I had difficulty filling out paperwork or forms for personal/IRL reasons ( mostly older technology that could not open some of the forms ).

🎉👏🏼 AFTER 3 YEARS, THE FIGHT IS FINALLY OVER! 👏🏼🎉 I just got the news that my son, Ruuk Lancaster, has WON his disability case! ❤️ Congratulations, my son! I love you so much. It's time to breathe, move forward, and start the next chapter! 🙌❤️ As a mom, I've watched Ruuk fight for three years to get the disability benefits he needed. He received SSI as a minor, but when he turned 18, he had to reapply. Due to circumstances at the time, the process didn't begin right away. We started in late 2023, and what followed was a long, exhausting battle filled with denials, setbacks, and even rejection from a local law firm that didn't feel they had enough information to take his case. I appealed, but through it all, I watched my son struggle emotionally. It was heartbreaking to see him become depressed while fighting so hard for something he needed. Then I found Mindset, and everything changed. From the moment they contacted me, they were responsive, compassionate, supportive, and attentive. They took the time to look into Ruuk's background and information, guided us through the process, and took so much of the weight off my shoulders. For the first time, I didn't feel like I was fighting this battle alone. The attorney was wonderful, and I truly appreciated having a judge who seemed reasonable and genuinely concerned about the disability issues involved. To everyone at Mindset who helped with Ruuk's case, thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️ You stepped in when we needed help the most, and I will never forget that.
