I am more than elated over the outcome of my experience applying for Social Security Disability Insurance with the Mindset law firm. My original counselor was helpful in starting the applications during the first year in 2024 and the follow-up rep Tammy was even better at the end of '24 and in 2025. Helping me gain my Social Security, though early at 64 last year was a saving grace fo me financially as I can no longer work in my full capacity as a hospitality supervisor since 2022. The lump sum check I received in November '24 restarted my savings much of was lost during the Great Recession of 2008 and even more during the pandemic of 2020 just before I went bone on bone in my knees due to diabetes. Then, Tammy's and Mindset's continual assistance to push through my case with Social Security led to approvals for both SSDI to increase my monthly SS payment and SSI, though I earn too much now between my part time job and SSDI to qualify for SSI. I just bought a great used Hyundai from a local dealer so I have better, reliable transportation in my suburban Tampa area for myself and my longtime partner, also disabled. Mindset is an amazing company that really goes the distance to help their clients get what they need and deserve from Social Security. It's gratifying to see that all the years of paying my Social Security taxes in my paychecks has paid off to help me now when I need it the most. Thank you Tammy and Mindset!
