What made the experience great about using Mindgrasp is the way I'm able to understand heavy material in such a short amount of time. I feel like it saves me hours and hours of studying! I work a lot, so this app helps me stay on top of class material.

I was able to test out the tool in multiple ways. I was extremely happy with the results. I will recommend this tool to my family and friends.

I have not used Mindgrasp since I was a student in January 2024 and in December 2025 I began receiving charges to my credit card again after nearly 2 years of having cancelled my subscription. I have reached out to the company several times and they are still charging my card monthly— first it was $9.99, now it’s up to $15.99. Do NOT sign up for this service, I am being robbed and they are becoming emboldened and charging me more. I have reported them to the better business bureau and my credit card company.

This company is a total scam. I tried filing a complaint regarding an automatic subscription renewal charged after over a year of complete inactivity on the account. The account was originally created by my minor son and was only used once. He only used it once and did not like it didn't use it ever again and there was no usage whatsoever during the renewed billing period. The subscription renewed automatically without any prior notification or reminder, and I contacted the company immediately upon noticing the charge. Despite this, they refused to issue a refund and relied solely on their internal policy. They have deceptive renewal practices and fall back on "cancellation policies" even though they never issued a renewal notification or reminder. The charge was ultimately upheld by my credit card issuer based solely on the company’s policy, not on fairness, usage, or transparency. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

It’s a scam once you subscribe you can’t unsubscribe unless you email them and they never answer don’t get this

I canceled my subscription in March 2024 and it was confirmed via email from Mindgrasp. They suddenly started charging me out of nowhere in January 2026 and have charged me every month since. I have sent multiple emails with screenshots of the cancellation from last year and have received no response for months. Terrible experience. The app was decent but I recommend never trying this app unless you plan to never cancel.
