Learn and enjoy
This school offers a wide range of exercises and resources — including many free ones. The teachers are excellent and supportive, and the atmosphere and connection with them is light, serene, and respectful. In turn, the founder of the school, Sean Fargo, has the wonderful habit of beginning his lessons with practice, as the other teachers do, and then offering simple reflections that gradually lead toward unexpected paths — quite different from our usual ways of being and thinking — with grace and kindness. All the teachers open unexpected doors to ourselves and to our understanding of the world. It’s a totally different way of thinking and being. And I find that I look forward to Wednesday evenings, when we have a two-hour practice + face-to-face with the teachers, with a sense of joyful anticipation.
